Credwn fod gwrando ar lais ein dysgwyr yn angenrheidiol er mwyn magu dinasyddion egwyddorol a gwybodus, sydd yn cael effaith gadarnhaol ar ein cymuned a’n byd. Wrth ddatblygu’n gyfranwyr mentrus a chreadigol mae ein dysgwyr yn barod i chwarae rhan lawn ym mywyd yr ysgol a gwneud penderfyniadau sydd yn gwella profiadau pob dysgwyr.

Mae gwrando ar leisiau ein disgyblion a gwerthfawrogi eu barn, eu profiadau a'u safbwyntiau yn arwain at ymdeimlad o berthyn a phwysigrwydd.

We believe that listening to the voice of our learners is necessary in order to raise ethical and informed citizens, having a positive impact on our community and our world. By being enterprising and creative contributors, our learners are ready to play an integral part in the life of the school and make decisions that improve the experiences of all learners.

Listening to the voices of our pupils and appreciating their opinions, experiences and perspectives leads to a sense of belonging and importance.

Mae gan bob pwyllgor eu cyfrifoldebau penodol yr hoffen nhw ddatblygu. Maent wedi creu gweledigaeth ar y cyd, sydd yn ganolog i’w gwerthoedd fel pwyllgor. Maent wedi llunio cynllun busnes ar ddechrau bob blwyddyn ac yn gwerthuso hwn yn rheolaidd. Mae pob aelod o gymuned yr ysgol a thu hwnt yn elwa o’u syniadau uchelgeisiol.

Each committee has their specific responsibilities that they would like to develop.  They have written a vision for their committee, which is the core of their beliefs and work. They have created a business plan at the beginning of each year and evaluate this regularly. All members of the school community and beyond benefit from their ambitious ideas.
